Hello!

Mostly Australian with a few drops of Greek, Ari is the lead designer at Webology. She founded the company in 2004 after completing a Software Engineering degree and research into agile web processes. A love for design however inevitably shifted her focus to brand strategy, classic graphic design and print. The “arty” one in a family of lawyers and research scientists, Ari's inventive mind finds comfort in people, birds, other fluffy animals, tea, sci-fi/comedy/crime TV, and minimal living.

Born in Australia with a cricket bat in his hands, Michael leads web and UX efforts at Webology. He holds a degree in Computer Systems Engineering and prior to Webology spent 14 years developing software for large tech companies. The move to web has given Michael the opportunity to go deep into the field UX and UI design, while still nerding out on the latest web tech. Sometimes speaks exclusively in movie quotes, occasionally hits golf balls, and is slightly obsessive about his lawn.
